- Week 1Listen. Calls, your material, a short written brief we both sign off.
- Weeks 2 to 3Shape. One design direction, built out in full, not three half ideas.
- Weeks 4 to 8Build. Weekly links to the live site so you see it move, not just pictures.
- Week 9Launch. Training, handover and two weeks of fixes included.
HI, I'M NOOR.
I grew up in Rotterdam, spent five years at a studio in Amsterdam, and went independent in 2021. Now I work from a small room above a bakery in Lisbon.
I take on six or seven projects a year, so each one gets my full attention. Most clients are small teams with strong taste: makers, venues, architects, product brands. Some are bigger and want a single senior person instead of an agency.
On Thursdays I teach creative coding to design students. It keeps me honest.

What does a project cost?
Most sites land between €14,000 and €38,000, depending on pages, motion and integrations. You get a fixed quote after our first call.
How soon can you start?
I book about two months ahead. Right now there is room for two projects starting in spring 2027.
Can my team edit the site afterwards?
Yes. I build on Webflow, Shopify or a headless CMS, chosen for how your team actually works, and record short videos for every editing task.
Do you work with agencies?
Sometimes, as the creative developer on a project another studio designed. Send the designs and a date, and I will tell you honestly if it fits.
