Controller
The controller of your personal data is Studio Demo, e-mail hello@studio-demo.cz.
What we collect
Only what you enter into the inquiry form: name, email, company (optional), budget range and your message. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why
To reply to your inquiry and prepare an offer – i.e. steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
Inquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted automatically after 12 months. If we start working together, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and as required by law.
Who processes it
The website runs on Google Cloud servers (Google LLC, data stored in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Email is handled by Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation, EU data centre). We do not pass the data to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to the processing – just email us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Browser storage
The website remembers your light/dark mode choice in your browser’s local storage. It is not a cookie and is not sent to us.
