The brief
Kesto's wrist sensor could read a swimmer's stroke. Its app only showed lap times. Swimmers wanted to know what to fix.

What we did
We came to the pitch with a working prototype and tested it in a pool in week two. Everything is built for wet hands and a two-second glance: one number per screen, large targets, haptic cues underwater. A stroke model turns raw motion into three plain corrections after every session.
