Concept site for a pocket weather game: you are a small cloud and everyone down there has plans. The town, the people and the clouds are all drawn in HTML, CSS and SVG.

A fictional mobile game for iPhone and Android with a single deadpan line as its premise. The hero is an inhabited little town where tiny people comment on the rain in speech bubbles, and the cloud follows the cursor. No photos: everything is drawn in code. This is a concept: the game and the brand do not exist.
