Who we are
The Studio Demo Editor is operated by Studio Demo (“we”). Contact: hello@studio-demo.cz.
Your account
You need an account to use the editor. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in its settings, which removes your sites and photos.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Max are paid once, not as a subscription – by card online, or by invoice if online payment isn’t available. Once paid, we switch the plan on for your account. Prices are listed on the pricing page and include all fees we charge.
Your content
Texts, photos and logos you add stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not break the law or anyone’s rights. We only use your content to run the editor for you.
Templates and the downloaded site
Templates are designed by our studio. You may use a site built from them for your own business or for a client, edit it and host it anywhere. You may not resell the templates themselves as templates.
Availability
We do our best to keep the editor running and your data backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Download your site regularly; the downloaded files work without us.
Termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, after warning you where possible. You can stop using the editor and delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit caused by using the editor. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes by email in advance. Czech law applies.
