The people whoknow the way
We have eleven guides, and eight of them are here. All live within 150 km of the places they lead, and each takes no more than six trips a year, so they arrive rested and curious.

How we hire
We hire from the valley we guide in. Before they lead a group, every guide completes a season as second guide, a wilderness first-aid course and a rescue refresher that we pay for. Read our local hiring commitment.
