What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, work email, the details you type, and the date. The site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A browser storage flag remembers that you have seen the loading screen during one visit.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a business request, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Contract records are kept as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Perihel staff on the mission and sales teams. We do not sell personal data. Suppliers that host our systems act as processors under contract.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use, by writing to privacy@perihel.example. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
